Case Overview: Ms. Tian entrusted Seapoe Relo with shipping furniture from her Shanghai home to Wellington, New Zealand.

Ms. Tian, who has long lived in Wellington, recently wanted to add some furniture to her home, but after visiting all the local furniture stores she found no good options—either the styles did not appeal to her or the prices were especially high. After much thought, she decided to ship over the old furniture from her Shanghai home that she had been comfortable using, and after comparing multiple providers, she chose "熙浦国际搬家".

After receiving the commission, Seapoe quickly customized a door-to-door transportation plan for her. On the scheduled packing day, the workers arrived at Ms. Tian's Shanghai home on time, expertly packed all the items, and then transported them to Seapoe's Shanghai warehouse to await shipment.

All subsequent procedures—customs declaration, customs clearance formalities, ocean shipping, and delivery—were handled by the Seapoe team on her behalf, so Ms. Tian only needed to quietly wait for her new furniture to arrive.

After more than a month of ocean shipping, the furniture successfully arrived in Wellington, New Zealand. Seapoe's New Zealand team also quickly delivered the furniture to Ms. Tian's home, and after simple disassembly and reassembly, they thoughtfully took away all the packaging waste!
